These Terms & Conditions (Általános Szerződési Feltételek / ÁSZF) govern your use of the HARMEYA website and the consultation services offered by HARMEYA.

1. Services

HARMEYA provides personalized consultations in the fields of Vastu, numerology and neuro-informed spatial analysis, intended for personal insight, spatial harmony and wellbeing-oriented guidance.

2. Bookings & Payments

Consultations are arranged by mutual agreement after an initial inquiry. Pricing, scheduling and payment terms are confirmed in writing before any service begins.

3. Delivery of Consultation Materials

The personalized consultation materials are delivered digitally at the conclusion of the consultation process.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the intellectual property of HARMEYA and are intended solely for the personal use of the client.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared in the context of a consultation is treated with the utmost discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

HARMEYA's services are advisory in nature.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which HARMEYA operates, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights within the European Union.
